At Cheech & Chong's Hemp, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives promptly and securely. All orders are shipped the following business day after the order is placed. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email and/or SMS alert with a tracking number for your convenience.
If you cannot locate your package or need assistance with your tracking number, please don't hesitate to contact us. Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a lifetime money-back guarantee on all items we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can request a refund by contacting us at 833-226-4035 or by emailing support@cheechandchonghemp.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To process your refund, please return any unused portion of your product, including any unopened containers, within 30 days of receiving your RMA number. Clearly mark the outside of your return package with your RMA number to ensure efficient processing.
Refunds are processed on the same business day they are requested, although it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your payment method. If your original form of payment has been closed or compromised, we may issue a refund via check at our discretion.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
